Most of our products are made to order, which means each item is produced especially for you once your order has been placed. This helps reduce waste and avoids unnecessary overproduction.

Because items are made individually, please allow time for your order to be processed, produced, and shipped.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our fulfilment partners for production.

Processing times can vary depending on the product, order volume, stock availability, and fulfilment location.

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Where tracking is available, you will also receive shipping information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product ordered, the fulfilment facility used, and the courier service.

Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally happen due to courier issues, customs processing, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Where Orders Ship From

Orders may be fulfilled from different production facilities depending on the product ordered and your delivery location.

This means your order may not always ship from the same country or facility.

If you order multiple items, they may sometimes arrive separately, especially if they are produced at different fulfilment locations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery location, the products in your order, and the shipping method available.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch, as some couriers may take a short while to show movement.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an address is incorrect, incomplete, or considered undeliverable by the courier, the package may be returned to our fulfilment partner.

If the order can be reshipped, new shipping charges may apply.

We are not responsible for reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is not collected, refused, or returned because it was unclaimed, it may be sent back to our fulfilment partner.

If the order can be reshipped, new shipping charges may apply.

Returned and unclaimed items are only held temporarily and may be donated to charity after 30 days.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner.

If the package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where applicable.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We cannot control or predict these charges.

Customs delays may also affect delivery times.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver your package, they may leave a delivery notice, attempt redelivery, deliver to a pickup point, or return the package to sender.

Please follow any courier instructions as soon as possible to avoid your package being returned.

Shipping Delays

We will do our best to help if your order is delayed, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages are outside our direct control.
